All participants required to complete the payment process in order to make an abstract submission. In case of a refusal of abstract you may request the refunding of registration fee and other payments you made. Refunds can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the Congress Secretariat before the time TBD. No refunds is possible after this date. All refunds will be processed after the congress.

Certificate of Attendance?
A certificate of attendance will be ready for the registered participants if you stay online at least half of the sessions.
Student Registrations?
Student ID/Document must be submitted via registration form for all BSc, MSc and PhD students.
Official Invitation Letter?
An official letter will be sent to participants of TURCMOS 2025 to whom with an accepted abstract.
Peer Review?
Please note that, all submitted abstracts are subject to the peer-reviewer process.
